How is my order shipped?

Depending on your chosen courier, we will be shipping it via J&T Express, JRS Express and LBC Express.

These couriers offer a wide range of serviceable areas to deliver directly at your address. 

Please do note that some areas by JRS Express cannot be delivered door-to-door. If that is the case, we will be notifying and if that happens, JRS will send it to the nearest branch near you. 

What is Standard Shipping via JRS Express?

JRS Express uses a combination of Air and Land vehicles to deliver your order as soon as possible. Especially for Visayas and Mindanao, JRS proves to be a faster choice. As far as from experience, they maintain their published lead-times.

When will you ship my order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands and human brains. Humans aren't perfect and we aren't perfect as well. :)

However, there are times that there will be delays with the fulfillment of your order. Delay reasons vary from inclement weather, inventory errors, staff emergency and etc.

Same-day deliveries?

For same-day deliveries within Metro Manila, please message us via Facebook/Instagram/e-mail immediately after you have placed an order so we can arrange the delivery process. However, you will have to shoulder the rider's fee. Please note that there are times that we do not accept same-day deliveries due to a variety of reasons such as: High-order volumes, closed business hours, acts of nature, and etc.,

* The delivery times are estimated based on their information. Sometimes, delivery times will vary especially during inclement weather.

Shipping costs

Us at Marie., wants every Filipino to have the latest fashion & home trends more accessible. So, we offer FREE SHIPPING nationwide via J&T Express. As for JRS, we offer a flat rate of 129 pesos nationwide. For LBC Express, a flat rate of 179 pesos is applied.

Missing/Lost orders:

There are cases of missing or lost orders that we do not have any control of after shipping to the designated courier. If the payment method used in ordering was COD (cash-on-delivery), then you will have to simply re-order again. If the order has been paid beforehand, then we will send you another parcel the next day.

Do we ship internationally?
