How to avail of the promo Buy 1 Get 1 for straps?

  • Just add to cart both designs (whether the same or not) and the discount will automatically apply. If you are not able to select a 2nd strap, we will be choosing a random strap instead.

I received a defective item! what should I do? 

  • No worries, once we have concluded that we are at fault, we will send another strap for free! 

How to exchange/refund my item?

  • To initiate an exchange/ refund, please message us through Facebook/Instagram accounts or e-mail.

Do you accept same-day deliveries?

  • We accept credit/debit cards, Gcash, Maya, Grab pay, and more through our partner payment processor PayMongo. We also accept cash-on-delivery (COD)
