How to avail of the promo Buy 1 Get 1 for straps?
- Just add to cart both designs (whether the same or not) and the discount will automatically apply. If you are not able to select a 2nd strap, we will be choosing a random strap instead.
I received a defective item! what should I do?
- No worries, once we have concluded that we are at fault, we will replace or exchange your item. Message us for you to raise your concern.
How to exchange/refund my item?
- To initiate an exchange/ refund, please message us through Facebook/Instagram accounts or e-mail.
How do we ship?
- You have 2 choices, J&T and JRS. Please select whichever is most convenient for you. You can refer to our shipping policies for more information.
Where to do we ship from?
- We ship from Parañaque City, Metro Manila
Do you accept same-day deliveries?
- We do accept same-day deliveries on a case-to-case basis. However, you will have to shoulder the rider's fee. You can refer to our shipping policies for more information.
What are your payment methods?
- We accept credit/debit cards, Gcash, Maya, Grab pay, and more through our partner payment processor PayMongo. We also accept cash-on-delivery (COD)

- Absolutely. Processing payments through our website and through our partner payment processor (PayMongo) are secured.
