We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return & replacement. You will only be eligible for a return or replacement when you have received the wrong item, quantity, and/or received a defective item.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it and is in its original packaging. We will be verifying your request on our end and will have you contacted for progress and updates.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you may have received the wrong item and/or received a defective item, please take a photo immediately and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or Facebook Messenger/Instagram Direct. For bundled items, we will only replace the defective item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Steps for requesting a return:

Once your return request is accepted, we will notify you and process your returns at the soonest possible time. Additionally, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your defective or damaged package.
Please notify us through our messaging channels and we will gladly reply to you for the steps of initiating a refund. In most cases, we will be asking you to return the item to this address and contact details:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or what was discussed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days has passed, all items are considered sold and final.
** We do not accept refunds for gemstone, Pixiu and customized bracelets as they are custom fitted to your size. We do however, accept exchanges for it.
